Partying like it’s going out of style, Jennifer Lopez was spotted at the Carnival parade in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil today (February 20). The “On the Floor” songstress wore a bright red getup including a Brahma Brazilian beer top as she danced around a private VIP box with her boyfriend Casper Smart and manager Benny Medina. Prior to their arrival at the Carnival site, J. Lo and Casper were seen leaving their luxury hotel and taking pictures of Ipanema beach. Also in the Carnival crowd was pop star Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson, who hung out in the Devassa VIP area with a bunch of locals while beautiful Brazilian dancers strolled by in their ornate costumes.

The Chosen - and they seemed to get along swimmingly, laughing and joking and talking about their kids. "Emme loves to dance," Lopez said of one twin. "She loves to perform. I'll be honest. I think Emme has a bit of voice. I do. I'm not sure but I kind of hear it every once in a while. I'm not sure about Max as much, but he has a big personality. He's got like, my personality. Bringing her top-tier star power to the grandest of all Tinseltown events, Angelina Jolie has been added to the roster of celebrities handing out trophies at the 84th Annual Academy Awards. Show producers Brian Grazer and Don Mischer announced on Wednesday (February 8) that the 36-year-old "Salt" actress has joined an already star-laden lineup of Oscars presenters. Other previously named trophy distributors include Jennifer Lopez, Tom Cruise and the cast of "Bridesmaids". Meanwhile, Billy Crystal is handling hosting duites when the show airs live from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday, February 26th beginning at 7PM ET.

Most people would find the idea of working with an ex-husband/wife hell on earth, but weirdly Jennifer Lopez seems to be handling it brilliantly. She filmed a reality TV show with Marc Anthony before and during her split from the singer but managed to maintain a friendly relationship with him, and she was even spotted holding hands with him while promoting the show a few weeks ago. When asked about her working relationship with Marc, while on Letterman’s TV show over in the US yesterday, Jennifer (who took her new boyfriend Casper Smart along to the recording of the programme) said: “Ya no, its fun because we know each other so well, but it has its moments. The same things that…didn’t really work [in the marriage] sometimes come up,” “You’re talking and you don’t agree on something and you’re like ‘oh, be quiet!’…you’ll see it on the show a little bit!” Sounds hilarious, but still we won’t be watching the show though. Wouldn’t it be nice if all celebs could handle their divorces so diplomatically? Actually wouldn’t it be nice if we all could full stop.

The “On The Floor” songstress looked beautiful in a white furry coat with white trousers and sunglasses as she arrived for her interview on the “Today” show. During her chat with Matt Lauer, J. Lo discussed her recent honor of being named People Magazine’s World’s Most Beautiful Woman. “You know what? It’s weird. It’s weird and it’s great and nice and all that. I don’t know. It’s just surreal kind of, in a way... That’s what I loved about it. I loved that they didn’t pick somebody who was like 21 years old... At the end of the day they chose to put somebody who was in their 40s who was a mom, who has been in the business for a long time. And by the way it was a big deal for me, too.” Jennifer also noted that she had a hard time deciding to return for the new season of “American Idol” as the gig took a big toll on her last season. “Last year was a tough year for me and towards the end I got really tired. Live TV was a whole new thing for me, and by the end of it I was really exhausted because I wasn’t just doing that.”

As for the reason behind her visit, Miss Alba recently launched a brand new eco-friendly baby line through a website called The Honest Company. Offering a line of eco-friendly, non-toxic baby products, Alba told Forbes of the online venture, “When I was pregnant, I realized there are a lot of toxic chemicals in everyday products, including baby products. I thought: That’s insane. How is that allowed?” Doing her best to give customers what they want, the 30-year-old added, “I want to talk to our parents and know how they feel about [the products]. When you have that intimate relationship with your customer, you can change and evolve and be more nimble.”
