Samantha Barks Takes Over for Taylor Swift in Les Miserables

Taylor Swift is out. Samantha Barks is in. A few weeks after the singer had supposedly landed the role of Eponine in the upcoming big screen version of Les Miserables - alongside such acting stalwarts as Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Sacha Baron Cohen and Anne Hathaway - Broadway World now reports the artist will be replaced in the film by Samantha Barks. As seen below, that actress took on the same character in a 2010 tribute concert to the production, and was subsequently linked romantically to Nick Jonas. Tweeted Barks soon after this announcement was made: "Most incredible moment of my life!!!!" No word was given for the switch. [Photos: WENN.com]
