Funny man James Corden is set to marry his girlfriend Julia Carey in a mahoosive £100,000 wedding. James, whose career has really took off since the success of One Man, Two Guvnors, plans to get hitched at Babington House in Somerset, which is wear Amanda Holden and Zoe Ball tied the knot. Anyway James, who is mates with Dave, wants the footballer to be his best man. If he doesn’t manage to persuade Becks to take on that role, it is thought the famous couple will still be attending the wedding. The wedding is expected to be quite the event, a friend of James has said: “James has been trying to get this sorted for a while as he’s crazy about Julia. “But his packed work schedule has been a nightmare to fit around. The bash will be a no-expense-spared event as he has done very well for himself over the years. “He wants the best of everything for his bride.” And the best, in this case, includes getting one of the most famous men on earth to play a key role in it. Amanda Holden reckons her days are numbered on BGT

While this seems pretty obvious to most of us, the Britain’s Got Talents judge has only just twigged that she might not be on the panel forever. Last week it was reported that Amanda was furious about her lack of screen time this series, despite the fact she missed several of the auditions while she was in hospital giving birth. Now she’s realised that her time on the show could be coming to an end and if it does she’ll bow out gracefully (we doubt that very much but anyway). Speaking to The Sun, she said: “It’s good when there are changes on the panel — what Simon Cowell’s done this year is give it a kick up the ar*e and it’s worked. “I might not be here next year but I totally respect that. “I am already on my bonus years. I only said I’d do five years.” Hmm, did you really say that though? Correct us if we’re wrong, but isn’t this Amanda’s only job? She’s not going to give it up without a fight. She does however realise that her fellow female judge is likely to return next year, she said: “Alesha will be here next year.” Alesha, very wisely, has been quick to support Amanda and sing her praises. She said: “Amanda has been supporting me. I was asking her advice — there is no training on this job. You just turn up. “I was going back after each show and asking Amanda’s advice.” She continued: “On The X Factor the girls are competing with each other, but on BGT we’re comrades. “We all get on. On The X Factor it is a frosty panel, this one is normal.” Ok, we get it you’re all one big happy family. Let’s just wait until one of you gets the sack, then we’ll really see how well you all get on.

This doesn’t come as too much of a surprise to us. We thought Amanda might not be best pleased by the new arrivals on Britain’s Got Talent. Insiders have revealed that the longest standing judge is annoyed by how much air time the new judges are getting. It’s not an unfounded worry though because last Saturday Amanda was featured for just 30 seconds. A source said: “Amanda was barely on. Anyone who hadn’t seen the show before would think she was just a guest star.” “She’ll bounce back in action every night when the show goes live for the semi-finals and final next month.” Yeah but let’s be realistic, she was off for ages remember after she was hospitalised while giving birth to her baby. Anyway when we spotted David last night, he looked rather pleased with himself. He’s probably looking forward to watching how much screen time he has tomorrow.

Holy smokes! Is Amanda Holden superwoman? She must me, because we can’t think of any other logical explanation as to how she looked so flawless when she arrived at the Britain’s Got Talent auditions in Edinburgh on Saturday afternoon. She only gave birth three weeks ago, most woman don’t look that trim three months after giving birth, let alone three bloody weeks! How the...? What the...? We just don’t get it. Amanda didn’t have the easiest time when she had her baby girl; in fact, it was widely reported that she was close to death and had to undergo several blood transfusions, but she appears to have made a miraculous recovery and showed no signs of her recent struggle as she arrived at The Festival Theatre with fellow judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams in tow.

Oh what lovely news; after being admitted to hospital yesterday Amanda Holden has given birth to a baby girl. Her and husband Chris Hughes have called the latest addition to their clan Hollie Rose Hughes. The little one is said to be healthy and weighs 6.1lbs. Unfornutely its thought Amanda had been in a “bad way” prior to the birth, which is why she was rushed into hospital however it’s now said she’s in a “stable condition” and is doing well. We hope she gets better soon.
