Stepping out to promote her new NBC show "Fashion Star," Nicole Richie was spotted at the NBCUniversal summer press day in Pasadena, CA on Wednesday (April 18). The gorgeous reality star looked stunning in a black eyelet cut top, skinny black leather pants and a perfect tan while posing for photographers at The Langham Huntington Hotel and Spa event. In a recent interview, Richie talked about her excitement to be back on TV and starting the new show, saying, "I was extremely excited to come back when I signed up for the show. It has been a long time, and you never know what you have signed up for until you step on set. An overall feeling of people wanting to No. 1, have fun, and No. 2, help each other out, and that feeling stayed throughout the entire process." When speaking about her role as a fashion mentor to the contestants on the program, the 30 year-old entrepreneur dished, "I first and foremost wanted to let each designer know that we are all going through this process together," adding, "I am here to hold their hands and go through the journey with them and encourage them to be themselves and listen to buyers." You can see Nicole along with her co-stars Jessica Simpson, Elle MacPherson and Jason Varvatos, when new episodes of "Fashion Star" air on NBC every Tuesday at 10/9c.
