Usher Discusses Alleged Attack By Tameka Foster in Court
|

It appears that Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster’s split has turned into a legal battle. After appearing at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday evening (May 21), the “OMG” singer sat in court to testify against the mother of his son in a difficult child custody fight. While in court, the singer described recent alleged activity that took place between the former couple after he dropped his son off at her house. He apparently told Foster, “You should turn around and go back to your house and deal with the children, no one is in the house and the children are unattended. She said, ‘the children are fine. Why did you park down the hill?’” After the interaction, Foster allegedly hit Usher and spit on his new girlfriend, while threatening to fight her. Watch his full testimony below.

With another high profile ceremony having come and gone, the winners from the 2012 Billboard Music Awards were announced on Sunday night (May 20). The Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell hosted event was held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, with Adele emerging as the big winner upon taking home a slew of trophies including Top Artist, Top Female Artist and Top Pop Artist. Other entertainers enjoying a successful evening included Justin Bieber as Top Social Artist and Lil Wayne, who nabbed Top Male Artist and Top Rap Artist accolades. Tameka Raymond: Trying to Revoke Usher’s Custody Rights
|

They were only married for two years, but Usher Raymond and his ex-wife Tameka will likely be in custody court for much longer. Ms. Raymond has filed a lawsuit to strip the “U Remind Me” singer of his joint custody rights to their two children, citing multiple examples that he’s dropped the ball. Among her complaints are that Usher never got her approval before hiring nannies, never gives her the opportunity to watch the kids while he’s gone for more than eight hours, and has refused to give her custody of the kids during several holiday breaks. Additionally, Tameka has complained that Usher has taken the kids outside the state without notifying her, and has cancelled her Saks 5th Avenue credit card. She’ll make her complaint formally in court tomorrow (November 30).

The 17-year-old star was singing Santa Claus is Coming to Town and he tried to be clever by putting a modern twist on it but it threw him off his stride and he ended up just repeating the words ‘he’s making a list’ over and over again. How embarrassing. Although Justin needn’t worry too much as we doubt the hundreds of screaming fans, some of which had camped out all night to watch him perform, even noticed. They were too busy hyperventilating with excitement.
