With Steps and S Club 7 back together, it seemed inevitable that Liberty X would at some point attempt to reunite too. You remember Liberty X don’t you? They formed back in 2001 after being rejected from Popstars in the same series that Hear’say won, plus they had that song “Just a Little” and… no, actually that’s just about all we remember of their back catalogue. Anyway, the three ladies from the group - Michelle Heaton, Kelli Young (who’s heavily pregnant) and Jessica Taylor - were spotted outside the ITV studios together yesterday and that sighting has sent the Twitterverse alight with speculation. One newspaper has subsequently claimed that the band – which also included Kevin Simm and Tony Lundon – are planning to release a new album this year and will do a tour of the UK in 2013. Michelle Heaton was keen to underplay any such rumours however, writing on Twitter: “I hear liberty X r trending... No idea why, we only bumped into each other by pure coincidence & Tony was NOT hiding in the building! Lol” She also teased that for all we know the girls “could have just been eating the canteen sandwiches” down at ITV. How many of you are convinced by Michelle’s claims the gals bumped into each other by “coincidence”? Yup, us neither.

As Heidi faces a divorce with her now former husband of seven years, Seal, the model has her good friend Sandra Bullock by her side to help escape the heartache and stress of the split. After the duo were spotted enjoying a girls night out, a source told UK magazine Closer, "They banned talk of exes and spent the night laughing. It was just what Heidi needed". Sandra supposedly called Heidi last week, saying "they were going out for some fun" and has been there for her ever since their friendship began. "They became friendly after Sandra adopted her son Louis, two years ago. Heidi has always offered parenting advice and invited Sandra and Louis on play dates with her kids - Leni, seven, Henry, six, Johan, five, and Lou, two," an insider revealed.
