Shannon Elizabeth Drops By “Today”
Gearing up for a busy day ahead, Shannon Elizabeth was spotted arriving at the “Today” show studios in New York City this morning (March 28). The beautiful brunette was in the house to promote her upcoming movie “American Reunion,” the latest chapter in the American Pie franchise. When asked, “Do you take your clothes off in this one?” Shannon replied, “No, I don’t, but some other people do!” As for what it was like to revamp her character Nadia, Ms. Elizabeth noted, “Well you know, you want to give everybody something about her that they loved. For me, I had the accent to go with, and it was a lot. I was a lot to make sure you live up to it.”

Poker Draws Out the A-Listers
Poker has become a wildly popular phenomenon among celebrities in recent years, both in light-hearted TV shows like The Celebrity Poker Showdown," as well as in real tournaments such as the WSOP (World Series of Poker). Hollywood actresses such as Jennifer Tilly and Shannon Elizabeth are taking poker quite seriously. Tilly has played on a professional level and lives together with famous pro Phil Unabomber" Laak. Meanwhile, Miss Elizabeth surprised everyone when she defeated several of the best players in the world in the National Heads-Up Championship. Both ladies are regulars in some of the biggest tournaments. Even Paris and Nicky Hilton have tried their hands at poker, but only in invitational and charity events thus far. Who knows, maybe will see the Hilton sisters at the WSOP in Vegas this summer? Representing the fellas, we have Tobey Maguire, who has played in the WSOP on several occasions, though his Spidey' senses haven't earned him any big money yet. A couple of comedians are involved in poker as well. Jason George" Alexander recently signed a contract with the world's largest poker site, PokerStars, and Ray Romano was sitting at the table when the most spectacular hand of the 2008 WSOP Main Event was played.
