2012 Costume Designers Guild Awards: A Complete Look

Tinseltown always loves a good awards event, and on Tuesday night (February 21) the 14th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards came to Beverly Hills. "Glee" actress Jane Lynch showed up at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel as host of the ceremony, as did big screen beauties such as Rooney Mara and Chloe Moretz. Meanwhile, Kate Beckinsale was joined by husband Len Wiseman as she was the recipient of the Lacoste Spotlight Award. Other fabulous stars in attendance included Penelope Ann Miller, Amber Valletta, Marcia Gay HardenMarcia Gay Harden and "The Office" actress Ellie Kemper while the night also paid tribute to Distinguished Collaborator Award winners Deborah Hopper and Clint Eastwood.

Last week supermodel Kate Moss was diagnosed with a nerve disorder that has made her "temporarily paralysed". According to friends, Kate woke up at the Ritz last weekend after returning from Paris, unable to move her right arm and hand. "She saw the hotel’s doctor and when she came back, she got a second opinion. She has told her friends she has ulnar nerve entrapment, a common disorder that can result in a temporary paralysis.", a friend says.Kate and her husband Jamie Hince are currently moving in to their new home in Highgate, North London. But Kate will not be able to help unpacking because of her pain. For now Kate cannot even take the lid off a jar. We hope her condition is not drug related and that she gets better soon! Stepping out for her third day of fashionable festivities in the City of Lights, Cameron Diaz closed out her Wednesday (January 25) with a nighttime Paris Fashion Week runway show. The "Knight & Day" darling dazzled in a white lacy cutout frock as she took to the Hotel Salomon de Rothschild for the Valentino Spring/Summer 2012 Haute-Couture catwalk display. Earlier in the week, Miss Diaz took in the Armani Prive PFW showcase, at which she was asked whether anything caught her eye in terms of a possible Oscars red carpet dress. To this, the 39-year-old replied, "You know, on paper, a dress with scales doesn’t sound so good. But Mr Armani made it work. It was chic but also amazingly avant garde. Nothing is obvious but it makes a major statement: that’s the beauty of couture."

Set to hit theaters in the U.S. on July 3rd, Emma recently teased about her character Gwen Stacy’s first kiss with Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. “You don’t wanna know. You wanna watch the movie and find out. And it would be weird if we were like, ‘Yes, there’s something iconic coming up.’ You’ve got to decide if it’s iconic or not,” she dished, adding, “There is a nice first kiss. I will say that. And it’s different than the upside-down one. And we liked it.”
