For the first time ever, a male is expected to emerge as the face of Chanel No. 5 - and that fella is said to be none other than Brad Pitt. Sources say the 48-year-old actor will start shooting the first ad campaigns in London this week after reportedly signing on as the spokesperson for the famous French scent. However, Pitt comes with a hefty price tag. According to E! Online, the "Fight Club" stud is allegedly being paid somewhere in the "seven figures" range to lend his image to Chanel No. 5. Brad joins a number of famous faces to pose for the perfume including Nicole Kidman, Keira Knightley and Ali McGraw. The campaign is expected to launch overseas sometime later this year.

Nicole Kidman Produces & Stars in "The Family Fang"

Busy actress Nicole Kidman is set to star in “The Family Fang,” which is based on the novel by Kevin Wilson. The 44-year-old star will team up with David Lindsay-Abaire and produce his screenplay through her company Blossom Films. The writer also provided the script for the red-headed beauty’s 2010 film “Rabbit Hole.” According to Deadline, the 2011 novel is officially described as art and mischief. It tells the story of two performance artists that consistently push their children into taking part in truly bizarre events and when they are eventually grown they return home to their parents who, of course, get them to perform in one last mysterious act. Miss Kidman can next be seen in the HBO production of “Hemingway & Gelhorn” starring alongside Clive Owen before she appears in Lee Daniels’ “The Paperboy,” which will be at the Cannes Film Festival.

Nicole’s real-life husband Keith Urban chose the right day to turn up on set with their daughter Sunday Rose. In between filming, the actress made sure she spent plenty of time with her little girl, who must have been slightly confused by her mother pretending to marry someone else. Her mum’s drab look didn’t seem to bother little Sunday or hubby Keith who looked genuinely happy to be there. Aww we love young (ish) love.

Getting down to business on their new film, Nicole Kidman and Colin Firth were spotted shooting scenes for “The Railway Man” in Perth, Australia today (May 1). The “Moulin Rouge” babe and the “Love Actually” hunk looked intense as they played their parts at the Perth Train Station while fans and shutterbugs looked on. During her recent shoot in Scotland, Nicole reportedly flew her handsome husband Keith Urban in to keep her company. A local shop manager told press, “Nicole and Keith were very unassuming and friendly and nobody recognized them until they were leaving. Our butcher served them some local produce like smoked salmon and freshly squeezed juice and they left unaccompanied in their car.”

Shooting for “The Railway Man” is scheduled to get underway next week in Scotland before moving to Thailand and Australia. Nicole revealed: “The sex was very important in that relationship because that’s the way she cuts Hemingway off." But she’s not easy; oh no she won’t take her clothes off just like that. She said: “I kept asking Phil Kaufman, the director: ’Is all this sex important for the story?’ “I wanted to make sure he wasn’t just getting off. But these were two people who could make love when a building was falling down around them. They had passion.” So there you go, all the sex and nudity is artistic and necessary. The made-for-television movie “Hemingway and Gellhorn” is set to premiere on HBO next month and we finally get a peek at the recently released trailer! Directed by Philip Kaufman and starring Clive Owen and Nicole Kidman as Ernest Hemingway and Martha Gellhorn, the film will reveal the lawless romance between the two writers and their nine-year marriage that lasted throughout the Spanish Civil War and World War II. The network had only released a few teasers that focused mainly on the leading actors but this newly released trailer displays the events occurring throughout the film and the story behind their romance. The Australian actress seems to have a great grasp on her character and clearly looks the part while the “Closer” actor has to completely embody this legendary figure and will surely do him justice. Other renowned actors are featured in the story including Robert Duvall, David Strathairn and Molly Parker who are all featured in the preview.
