Back in December they had a violent domestic dispute, and now Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner have been ordered to appear at a court hearing. The “Melrose Place” actress reportedly went off on Wagner at his San Fernando Valley home and things got physical before the cops showed up. An insider told TMZ, “She lost it on him and he retaliated,” though neither of them tried to press charges at the time. Still, the LA City Attorney’s office has reviewed the report and decided to hold a hearing to determine whether or not to move forward with formal charges. This report comes after Locklear was rushed to the hospital last week as a result of Heather’s ingestion of prescription pills and alcohol.
