Judge rules against Halle Berry in custody battle…

The custody battle between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry has been raging on and on in recent weeks. The pair have been in and out of court following Aubry’s allegedly assault on his daughter’s nanny; it’s claimed he pushed her while she was carrying little Nahla in her arms. Halle initially wanted a judge to ban the male model from seeing Nahla while he was being investigated for child endangerment after the incident, however it’s now been ruled that her ex husband will not be banned from seeing her during the course of the investigation. Last week a judge also ordered Aubry to have anger management classes, while both Nahla and Halle are being made to undergo counselling. We doubt this is the last time the two will face up to each other in court, but in the meantime Aubry is enjoying his time with his daughter – he was seen heading out with her in LA this weekend.

Not letting her nagging foot injury keep her from tending to her motherly duties, Halle Berry hobbled her way out for a pre-school pickup in Beverly Hills, CA on Thursday afternoon (February 2). The crutch-wielding 45-year-old actress was joined by a helping hand, as the family nanny toted little Nahla in her arms as Halle slowly but surely followed along to load into their nearby ride. The outing comes just as it was announced earlier in the day that Miss Berry has been added to the lineup of celebrity presenters set to take the stage and dish out a trophy at the upcoming 84th Annual Academy Awards ceremony. Halle, who won a Best Actress Oscar back in 2001 for her work in “Monster’s Ball,” joins fellow presenters including Tom Cruise, Jennifer Lopez and the cast of "Bridesmaids" as planned participants in the February 26th Tinseltown showcase.

Halle Berry Arrives for Courtroom Showdown

Arriving for yet another day in court, Halle Berry was spotted pulling up to the Superior Court in Los Angeles, CA earlier this morning (January 30). The “Monster’s Ball” babe rode in the passenger seat of her attorney’s car and looked none too happy at the sight of the courthouse and the pressing issue waiting for her inside. As previously reported by GossipCenter, Berry is pushing for a restraining order against ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry that will not allow him to see their daughter, Nahla, until an investigation has come to an end. Among several reasons, Mr Aubry is specifically being investigated for becoming irate with a nanny and reportedly pushing her while 3-year-old Nahla was in her arms. On top of this, TMZ is reporting that the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is recommending counseling for young Nahla, though nothing has been ordered thus far.

Forced to deal with something a mother never wishes to, Halle Berry was spotted arriving to a Los Angeles, CA court on Tuesday (January 24). The “New Year’s Eve” actress rode in the front seat of her lawyer’s car before heading inside to ask the judge to prohibit her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, from having any contact with their little girl, Nahla, while his child endangerment and battery investigation is underway. Apparently, Nahla’s nanny went to pick her up from school, only to find the 3-year-old was not there. After going to Aubry’s house to pick Nahla up, the nanny put the French model into an outrage when she asked him why the little one had not gone to school. According to the nanny (who works for both parents), Gabriel began cursing and pushing her out of the door while she was holding Nahla. Understandably so, Halle is in court today trying to block Gabriel from even seeing Nahla while this is going on and until he can get control of his temper.
